When you hear business advertise for free things you cant help but wonder if they are giving away stuff how do they make money, keep their business going? So then u think there has to be some sort of catch.

Because you simply cant just give away your product and keep a business going. One such business is for Free Business Cards. I did a little investigating just to find out whether free business cards were indeed actually free?

So where did I start? I went to my favourite search engine, which is ‘Google’, and I typed in ‘Free Business Cards.’ And a few business’s were actually advertising for this and a few actually were just companies who do Free Business Cards. So I just picked the fist one that appealed to me.

At first I noticed that they not only do free business cards but they sold upgrades to the free business card package. I was sitting there wondering this must be how they made their money. But possibly how much money would they make by upgrades. Surely not much? So I continued searching around on this site.

As I continued searching on this site I also noticed that sold different types of business cards.

They do magnetic business cards, plastic business cards, metal business cards, laminated business cards and many other types of business cards. They also in addition to the business cards, they also sold company letterheads, custom printed envelopes, and other types of office stationery.

One can only assume that the vast majority of people that are interested in the free business cards are business people.

These business people would also need company letterheads, custom printed envelopes, and other types of office stationery.

I started to think that maybe they make their money on the up sell? The free business cards offer was beginning to make a little more sense. But still are they really free?

After all this research I decided that the only way I am ever going to figure out I the free business cards are indeed actually free I would have to order some. This way I would know for sure whether or not the business cards were ‘FREE!’

I went to the order section of this website. First thing I had to do was design my business card. And because I still didn’t know whether the cards were going to be free I decided I would do my best and make my card look very original and true to what my business is all about.

 After a hour or so of designing my card I was pleased with what I had come up with. After all that I had come to the conclusion that there would be some sort of cost to this little scheme. So I pressed on to put an end to my adventure.

When I got to the final checkout, there were many options, more upgrades available.

And as I figured if I chose any of these options there would be additional cost involved so I didn’t choose any of those. Also I chose not to get additional cards. Then I had to choose not to have my free business cards laminated as this may also incur a cost.

After all the effort put in this and the will power not to add any extras or any upgrades I found out that "Free Business Cards" are really free!
